RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.1558 of 2018 dated 02/03/2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.1330 of 2018 dated 29/01/2018 in Crime NO.256/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1558 of 2018 dated 02.03.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1330 of 2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
