O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case as against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint preferred by the petitioner is that he is the senior member of one of the political party and the proposed accused persons, who belongs to the same party, had demolished the building belonging to the party and caused damaged to the tune of Rs.4 lakhs. When the same was questioned by the petitioner, the proposed accused persons threatened and criminally intimidated the petitioner herein. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint on 24.02.2016, which is still pending with the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 23.03.2016 and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
