RESPONDENTS/ RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition No.2 of the order dated 27.04.2022 made in Crl OP(MD).No.7030 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court that the Petitioner shall report before any Police Station in Madurai District instead of Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SRICHARAN RANGARAJAN, Senior Counsel for Mr.K.RAJESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7030 of 2022, dated 27.04.2022.

2.This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 27.04.2022, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should stay and report before the Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirty days and thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.5846 of 2022 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is under medical treatment. Hence, he was unable to appear before the Thiruvannamalai Police Station, due to his ailment. Hence he seeks modification.

4.Taking into consideration the above facts, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to stay and report before the Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirty days and thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of thirty days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
