This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.06.2014 and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint preferred by the petitioner is that the petitioner is the active member of one of the political party and the proposed accused persons have destroyed its flag and name board. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint on 16.06.2014, which is still pending with the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit

that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
