ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner retired from the respondent Corporation way back in the year 2012. However, the petition mentioned terminal benefits was settled only in 2022. The petitioner seeks interest for the belated payment.
3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondents are directed to pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the aforesaid belated settlement. This amount shall be paid by the respondents within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
