Prayer in CRP(MD). 2691/ 2015 :

To strike off the plaint filed in OS NO. 153 of 2015 pending on the file of VI Additional District Court, Madurai with costs and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PALA.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, No Appearance for the respondents the court made the following order:- The delay would stand condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- as costs to the Chief Justice Relif Fund, High Court, Chennai within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of payment receipt, the Registry is directed to number the restoration petition.
