ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to expedite the disposal in O.S.No.108 of 2018 on the file of the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai, within a specific period.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that though the suit was originally filed in O.S.No.108 of 2018 before the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai, the same was transferred to the Principal Disrict Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai, and was re-numbered as O.S.No.101 of 2024.

3. Since the suit is of the year 2018, the Principal Disrict Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2024 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
