ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.26 of 2014 on the file of the Respondent No.1 Police for alleged offence under Sections 143 and 341 of IPC.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the police have completed the investigation and have filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram in S.T.C.No.1680 of 2017.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
