ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 326, 332, 341, 452, 506(ii), 307 I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 r/w 34 and 149 I.P.C, in Crime No.135 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The case is of the year 2016. The petitioner herein is figuring as Accused No.105. Therefore, considering this circumstance, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
