This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the 4th respondent in Crime No.28 of 2016, to any other competent agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the opinion given by the doctor, the case is now closed. He also produced the opinion sent by the doctor to the 4th respondent police.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
