ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to consider his representations dated 06.01.2015 and 13.02.2015 and declare completion of probation and regularisation of the post of Deputy Block Development Officer held by the petitioner with effect from 05.07.2010 and refix the seniority for the post of Deputy Block Development Officer and further transfer the petitioner to the post of Deputy Block Development Officer (Panchayats). 2.It is seen that through the above said representations, the petitioner seeks for declaration of completion of his probation and regularisation of the post of Deputy Block Development Officer with other service benefits.

3.Needless to say that it is for the second respondent to consider those representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the writ petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the second respondent to consider those representations of the petitioner dated 06.01.2015 and 13.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
