ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.518 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station, Madurai District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the submission made, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
