This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.590 of 2019 dated 03.07.2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, on 27.12.2019 itself and the learned Judicial Magistrate has also taken cognizance and assigned C.C.No.1480 of 2019.
