ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Vashik Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that despite the order in WP (MD) No.17728 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024, directing all interested parties to be heard, no notice has been served on the writ petitioner, who is vitally interested in the subject matter of the dispute. 3.The learned counsel would however invite my attention to the legal opinion obtained by the second respondent based on the third respondent's application and the second respondent is attempting to proceed without affording an opportunity of objecting being given to the writ petitioner.

4.I have gone through the order passed in WP (MD) No.17728 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024. This Court has specifically directed that the Tashildar, Ramanathapuram Taluk would have to go into the merits of the matter and shall put all interested persons on notice before passing any final orders.

5.The learned Government Advocate submits that no final order has been passed as on date.

6.In view of the above, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to hear the objections of the petitioner and also afford an opportunity by way of personal hearing to the writ petitioner before passing any final orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
