Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to direct the 5th respondent to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.892/2019/A4 dated 25.04.2020 based upon the communication letter sent by the 4th respondent to the 5th respondent on 13.07.2020.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to direct the fifth respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.892/2019/A4, dated 25.04.2020, based upon the communication letter sent by the fourth respondent to the fifth respondent on 13.07.2020.

2.The learned Counsel for the sixth respondent represented that an order dated 25.04.2020, passed by the first respondent herein, in Na.Ka.No.892/2019/A4, was set aside by this Court in W.P(MD)No.12354 of 2020 by an order dated 07.01.2021. 3.Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
