PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2015 for appointing the petitioner as a full time vocational Instructor-Grade II in the light of G.O.MS.No.35 dated 09.02.2007 within a stipulated time. Mr.Ayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the Joint Director of School Education, Chennai to consider her representation dated 17.11.2015 seeking for appointment as Full Time Vocational Instructor - Grade II in the light of G.O.MS.No.35, dated 09.02.2007. time vocational instructor and claimed that she is entitled to be considered for an appointment to the post of Full Time Vocational Instructor - Grade II in the light of G.O.MS.No.35, dated 09.02.2007. Therefore the petitioner made such request before the third respondent seeking for such appointment.

4. It is stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the fourth respondent viz., the Chief Educational Officer has already sent a proposal to the third respondent and therefore it is only the third respondent has to pass orders.

5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2015 seeking for appointment as Full Time Vocational Instructor - Grade II in the light of G.O.MS.No.35, dated 09.02.2007 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
