O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to forthwith execute and issue a draft sale deed in petitioner's favor in respect of their house property bearing No. EWS-A-1906 situated in S.No.41 Part of Thathaneri Village measuring 32 Sq.m at Koodalpudhur site and service scheme, thereby, enabling the petitioner to prepare the final version and to get register the same with the jurisdictional Sub Registrar Office.

2.When the matter came up for admission, the learned Counsel, taking notice on behalf of the respondents/Housing Board, would submit that it is a case where the earlier draft seems to have been lost by the petitioner but however, the authorities will provide one more draft sale deed preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order.

3.In view thereof, recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the respondents shall furnish a draft sale deed to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
