Respondent/ Respondent PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 r/w. 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition 3(i) imposed upon the petitioner to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with three sureties, two of such sureties shall be blood related and one shall be local resident within the jurisdiction of the concerned Magistrate Court in Cr.M.P.No.11106 of 2021, dated 30.12.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti. This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.11106 of 2021, dated 30.12.2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with three sureties, two of such sureties shall be blood related and one shall be local resident within the jurisdiction of the concerned Magistrate Court

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent,Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.3(i) imposed vide order dated, dated 30.12.2021 made in Cr.M.P.No.11106 of 2021, by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
