2. Heard the learned counsel on either side, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the respondent on or before 11.11.2024.

4. List the matter under the caption "for reporting compliance" on 12.11.2024. sd/- 04/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / /11/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S. I / II / III / IV ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
