ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no harassment was caused by the respondent to the petitioners. He has produced a copy of the statement given by the victim's father stating that the victim has been taken custody by him and no further action is required on his complaint. 4.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
