ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused have tried to transfer some properties (punja lands) of the petitioner in their names and also threatened him. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in respect of the same dispute, a civil suit in O.S.No.206 of 2015 as well as a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.17713 of 2014 are pending and therefore, both parties have been advised to seek their remedy before the appropriate civil Court. It is also submitted that a closure report has already been furnished to the petitioner.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no copy has been served to the petitioner.

6.The third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law, based on the closure report.
