:Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned possession notice dated 26.11.2015, issued by the first respondent under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and quash the same and consequentially directing the respondents to return the original documents pertaining to the first item of property to the second petitioner.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned possession notice dated 26.11.2015, issued by the first respondent under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and quash the same and consequentially directing the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to return the original documents pertaining to the first item of property to the second petitioner.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the entire amount payable to the bank has already been settled by the petitioners and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
