RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.7121 of 2020 in Cr.No.97 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent dated 8.7.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7121 of 2020 on 08.07.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7121 of 2020 on 08.07.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.4070 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7121 of 2020 on 08.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report the respondent police once in a week (i.e.,) Every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
