This criminal original petition has been filed, seeking a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.11 of 2015 dated 19.07.2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil.
