PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the second respondent herein in his refusal check slip in RFL/Srivaikundam/70/2023, dated 28.12.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the second respondent to register the settlement deed dated 12.12.2023 submitted by the petitioner within a period stipulated by this Court.
