Respondent/2nd Plaintiff Prayer :- The Civil Revision Petition filed under Ariticle 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the I additional District Judge (PCR),Tiuchirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.99/2018 by Maintaning status quo as of now within a specified time bound that may by fixed by this Honourable High Court and pass such other suitable orders as this Honourable High Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 03/12/2021 and requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirapalli vide letter D.No.699, dated 31/05/2022, this Court made the following order The learned I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli sent a letter dated 31.05.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.99 of 2018 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.12.2021.
2.Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 03.12.2021, a further time of four months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.99 of 2018.
