Respondent PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 r/w. 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with four sureties for like sum. Two of such sureties shall be blood related and another two shall be local resident within the jurisdiction of the concern Magistrate Court in Cr.M.P.No.2208 of 2022, dated 29.03.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.2208 of 2022, dated 29.03.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti, to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with four sureties for like sum and two of such sureties shall be blood related and another two shall be local resident within the jurisdiction of the concern Magistrate Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent,Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.4(i) imposed vide order dated, dated 29.03.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.2208 of 2022, by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P(MD).No.8885 of 2022 execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned". The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
