ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life, limb with her family members and subsequently prevent the illegal construction made by the Respondents No.4 to 6 in the petitioner's own registered house property in S.No.851/24, Senpakapuram, Periyoor Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Thenkasi District based on the C.S.R.No.608 of 2020, dated 16.07.2020, and subsequent representation dated 30.07.2020.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 11.07.2020 and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 11.07.2020 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
