ORDER

This application has been filed seeking leave for the petitioners to file a review petition in respect of the order dated 16.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3018 of 2022.

2. Admittedly, the petitioners were not a party to the proceedings in W.P.(MD).No.3018 of 2022. The petitioners have, however, expressed their grievance over the order dated 16.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3018 of 2022. Instead of preferring an application seeking leave to file a writ appeal as against the order dated 16.02.2022 passed in 2/5

W.P.(MD).No.3018 of 2022, the petitioners have chosen to file this application seeking leave before this Court instead of before the Division Bench. This Court is therefore not inclined to entertain this application. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the Division Bench, if aggrieved by the order dated 16.02.2022 passed in W.P. (MD).No.3018 of 2022 , by seeking leave of the Division Bench to file a Writ Appeal.

3. The time spent by the petitioners before this Court through this writ miscellaneous petition, viz., W.M.P.(MD).No.7865 of 2023, shall stand excluded for the purpose of computing the limitation. However, in respect of any other ground, the petitioners will have to satisfy the Division Bench whenever a similar application is filed before the Division Bench.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. Consequently, Rev.AplW(MD).SR.No.27339 of 2023 stands closed. No costs.
