[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in this Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents to secure the petitioner's daughter namely Vishnu Dharani, aged about 22 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.Heard M/s.P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

H.C.P.(MD) No.559 of 2020 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenue was having love affair with one Dhanasekar, S/o.Karnan and they registered their marriage at Sub Registrar Office, Chennai North Joint on 21.08.2020. It is further submitted that the detenue appeared before Ayanavaram Police Station and gave a statement.

4.In the light of the above fact, no further order is necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
