Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 493(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to cancel the bail granted to the respondent / accused in Crl.M.P.No.549 of 2015 dated 13.10.2015 by the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, in the interest of justice.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to cancel the bail granted to the respondent / accused in Crl.M.P.No.549 of 2015 dated 13.10.2015 by the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the petitioner submitted that this petition is filed to cancel bail on the ground that the petitioner may tamper the evidence. She further submitted after conducting investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that totally 5 witnesses have been examined by the committal court. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and the learned counsel for the respondent / accused. 5.Once charge sheet has been filed and the committal court has examined 5 witnesses, the allegation of tampering evidence would not arise. 6.The Committal Court shall take up the matter and proceed with the same, on day to day basis without adjourning the matter beyond 10 working days and complete the proceedings expeditiously.
