No.5736 of 2021 dated 27.04.2021 by this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SARANKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 08.05.2021.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is sole bread winner of the family and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
