ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.34 of 2015 within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of one year and two months from the date of registration of the case, the second respondent Police did not take any efforts to file a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2015 and file a final report before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
