ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.J) This Public Interest Litigation has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry as per decision of peace talk dated 08.09.2008 and to grant free patta to all the eligible persons within a period stipulated by this Court.

3. At this length of time, in our considered view, the relief sought for by the petitioner could not be granted and as a

matter of fact could not be granted. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
