This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by one Yogalatha Mangesh, the Inspector of police, Theppakulam Police Station, Madurai, conducted the investigation and registered a case in Crime No.157 of 2020 as against the petitioner. 3.In the said circumstances, once a regular First Information Report has been registered, the question of 'not to harass' will not arise.
