ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.23 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police after completing the investigation has filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur and in the said final report the name of the petitioner has been removed from the array of accused.
4.In view of the above submission no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. This criminal original petition is dismissed accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
