Alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 16.11.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.25901 of 2022, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the encroachments have been removed and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the communication, dated 20.06.2024, received from the respondent, along with photographs, before this Court.
