Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 20.04.2021.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
