ORDER
After hearing the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to with draw this writ petition seeking liberty to move before the appropriate forum.
2. It is left open to the petitioner to approach the competent authorities or forum and this Court need not give any liberty. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made in the case bundle, permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
