No.3831/2022 in Crl.RC(MD)No.294/2022 dated 30.03.2022. PRAYER IN Crl.R.C(MD)No.294 of 2022:

To call for records and set aside the order dated 16.02.2022 passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR), Thanjavur in C.A.No.11 of 2021 confirming the Judgment dated 29.12.2020 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru in C.C.No.101 of 2014.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.C.JEYA INDRA PATEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 30.03.2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submit that as per the above direction, the petitioner is complying the condition for more than 36 days.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a month (i.e.,) on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. In the result, this petition is ordered.
