(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, counsel sought leave of this Court to withdraw the petition and stated that petitioners will 1/3
approach respondent with an offer of one time settlement. Counsel for petitioners states that petitioners have already made a request on 24th March, 2023, to which there was no reply. Counsel states that petitioners shall make a fresh application.
2. Mr.J.Barathan, learned counsel for respondent, states that respondent will consider the request and reply keeping in mind its commercial interest.
Petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs. WMP (MD) No.7905 of 2023 filed to permit petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered subject to payment of separate courtfee within two weeks.
