ORDER

Though the petitioner's prayer appears to be one seeking survey of lands measuring 7 cents belonging to the Bajanai Math and adjoining lands measuring 4 cents in old Survey No.45/1, T.S.No.31 Rajagopal Street, Block No.7, Ward No.14, Aranthangi Town and Taluk, Pudukkottai District, the learned counsel for the petitioner clarify stating that survey is sought for only in respect of 4 cents, which forms part of larger extent of 7 cents. The petitioner has made a representation on 03.03.2025.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the above, it would suffice to direct the respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 and dispose of the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and if necessary, 2/4

after hearing all interested parties.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
