2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed, and the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner through post. 4.Since the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the closure report is not yet received by the petitioner, a copy of the closure report is directly given to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court.
