ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
