The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioners except according to due process of law. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first and second respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
