Side) PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To modify the condition with regard to the appearance before the respondent with regard to the Police Station imposed upon the Petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1393 of 2021 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti on 01/06/2021.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti in Cr.M.P.No.1393 of 2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti dated 01.06.2021 directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 am., for a period of 30 days.

2. This a case of murder coupled with Section 394 of IPC. The learned Magistrate after taking into consideration the seriousness of offence and also the stage of the investigation and other relevant factors has imposed the condition.
