This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for records pertaining to the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.1477 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai in Crime No.227 of 2013, dated 13.03.2013, on the file of the first respondent police for alleged offences under Section 143, 188 of IPC and 174(a) of Railways Act 1989 and quash the same as illegal. 2.The facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2018 batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.1477 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai in Crime No.227 of 2013, dated 13.03.2013, on the file of the first respondent police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
