PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondents to transfer the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.179 of 2022 dated 20.03.2022 on the file of the second respondent police to any other competent Authority and conduct fair investigation.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of complaint on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is no improvement in the proceedings.

3. Hence this Court is of the view that the respondents may be directed to expedite the investigation and complete the same within the time frame.

4. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to expedite the enquiry in the complaint in CSR No.179 of 2022 dated 20.03.2022 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
