ORDER

The petition is filed praying to set aside the conditional order that has been passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.MP.No.3241 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021.

2. The petitioners have been arrayed as accused in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 498(A), 307 of IPC read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. They were granted Anticipatory Bail by the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli on condition that they must appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

3. Now, the grievance of the petitioners is that they are experiencing harassment at the hands of the respondent Police and due to the lockdown, they could not comply with the conditional order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. 4.For grievances of such nature, the remedy available to the petitioners is to approach the concerned Court and file a petition and this Court cannot entertain this kind of petition.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the concerned Court for appropriate remedy.
