This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to direct third respondent not to registrar further documents on the survey No.540/1 consisting of 2 acres, under the Jurisdiction of third respondent on the basis of the representation dated 06.03.2023.

2. Since the issue pertains to Section 77(A) of Registration Act, 1908, the very Section 77(A) inserted under Registration Act is struck down by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 etc., Batch.
